COURTESY POST Freedom was ordered to be surrendered to a local animal advocacy group after being found severely emaciated tied to a front porch at a home in Laurel County. You can see how badly malnourished she was by her before picture. Freedom has been recuperating for months and is ready for her furever home. She is a young mix so she will need plenty of exercise.
