COURTESY POST Amelia was ordered to be surrendered to a local county shelter and rescued by a local animal advocacy group. Amelia spent a couple of months in doggy jail before being rescued so she will need someone with patience to help her through her ordeal. Amelia is not good with other dogs or cats. We would prefer not to place her in a home with small children. She is friendly and just wants to be loved. We will require a fenced yard for Amelia.
